摘要： 湖泊湿地是区域乃至全国层面社会经济可持续发展的重要的生态资本。笔者基于经济学视角，分析湖泊湿地保护的需求、供给以及湖泊湿地保护的效益和成本，湖泊湿地公共物品属性和外部性是湖泊湿地保护的关键因素，并分析了湖泊湿地保护的认知误区和政策选择路径。

Abstract: Lake wetlands is the important ecological capital of regional and national socio-economic sustainable development. The author analyzed the demand, supply, development cost and benefit of lake wetlands from the point of view of economics and pointed out that public goods and external cost were the factors to realize wetlands conservation, and finally analyzed the misunderstanding and the paths chosen of lake wetlands.
