Comparison of Cold Resistance in Winter Wheat and Index Selection in the South of Huanghuaihai

摘要: 为筛选鉴定小麦抗寒性的指标,于大田条件下对12个品种小麦的死苗死蘖率、枯叶率、叶片数、叶片长宽、植株直立性、SPAD值、电导率等进行了分析比较。结果表明:小麦的死苗死蘖率是可靠的抗寒性鉴定方法,小麦的枯叶率、直立性、电导率与其存在显著的相关关系,相关系数分别达到了0.864、0.595和0.609,抗寒性好的品种枯叶率较低、匍匐性强、电导率低,可作为小麦抗寒鉴定的指标,具有冬前叶片数少、叶片SPAD值高的小麦虽然也表现出抗寒性好的品种的特点,但其相关不显著,而不同叶位叶片长宽与小麦的抗寒性关系差异不稳定,因此,该三项指标作为小麦抗寒性鉴定的直接指标还需要进一步研究证实。

Abstract: In order to choose the index of cold resistance of wheat, the comparison of the dead seedling tillering rate, percentage of withered leaves, leaf number, leaf length and width, plants erect, SPAD value, electrical conductivity was discussed among 12 wheat varieties in the field. The result showed that the dead seedling tillering rate was the reliable identification method, a signification correlation in percentage of withered leaves, plants erect, electrical conductivity with it was observed, the correlation coefficients reached 0.864, 0.609 and 0.578 respectively. Wheat variety with good cold resistance has lower percentage of withered leaves, electrical conductivity and higher creeping, which could be the index of cold resistance identification, although wheat variety with less leaf and higher SPAD value displayed the characteristic of good cold resistance wheat variety, little signification correlation existed, and uncertain relationship of cold resistance emerged in leaf length and width. Therefore, the three indexes as the direct target identification of winter wheat need further study confirmed.
