番茄果实主要品质性状的配合力及遗传力分析

The analysis of Combining Ability and Heritability of Main Quality Characteristic in Tomato

摘要: 为了给番茄的品质育种提供理论依据,采用多年来的高自交、纯合的6个性状不同的番茄材料(42、43、44、50、63、69)作为亲本,按照Griffing完全双列杂交(p2),配制成30个杂交组合。并分析了番茄6个亲本和30个杂交组合果实5个品质性状的配合力及遗传力。结果表明:亲本43的番茄红素、糖酸比、可溶性固形物等性状的一般配合力效应值都最高或较高,说明亲本43是个在选育风味品质和营养品质方面理想的亲本材料;亲本42的番茄果重的一般配合力效应值最高,亲本42可作为培育外观品质优良的番茄的理想材料;组合50×43在各品质性状的特殊配合力均比较高,它可以作为选育优良性状综合比较好品种。

Abstract: 30 hybrid combinations were combined from 6 high inbred parents (42, 43, 44, 50, 63, 69) of many years according to Griffing complete dealer cross design (p2). The general combining ability and special combining ability of 5 main fruit characters (lycopene, soluble solid, weight, fruit shape index, sugar-acid ratio)of tomato were analyzed with 6 inbreds and 30 hybrids, in order to provide theoretical basis for the breeding of new varieties and improve main quality characters of tomato. The results showed that, parents of 43 lycopene, sugar-acid ratio, soluble solid of character of general combining ability effect the highest value or higher, explain 43 was a breeding flavor and nutrition varieties in terms of the quality of the ideal parent material. Parents of 42 weight of the general combining ability effect was the highest value, 42 can cultivate good quality as the appearance of tomato ideal material. Combination 50×43 in the quality traits of the special ability were relatively high, it can be used as a breeding excellent characters comprehensive comparative good varieties.
