营养调节剂和纳米硅降低烟叶重金属铅镉含量及提高其含钾量的研究

Effect of Application Ratio of Nutrition Regulator and Nano-Silicon on Heavy Metals (Lead, Cadmium) and Potassium Content of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

摘要: 为了探讨营养调节剂(NR)和纳米硅(N-Si)对降低烤烟重金属铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)和提高钾含量的作用,在2009—2010年对烤烟施用NR提高烟叶钾含量研究取得成果的基础上,采用大田试验研究了NR和N-Si配合施用对烤烟重金属Pb、Cd及钾含量的影响。结果表明:(1)NR与N-Si配施能显著降低土壤DTPA提取的可吸态Pb、Cd含量,有效减少烤烟对土壤中Pb、Cd的吸收,从而降低烟叶中Pb、Cd的含量;烟叶中Pb、Cd含量均以施NR 46.02 kg/hm2、N-Si 45.00 kg/hm2的处理5含量最低;与不施NR、N-Si的处理1相比,上中下部烟叶Pb含量分别减少了53.4%、30.2%、39.4%;Cd含量分别减少了46.8%、49.7%、54.6%。(2)NR与N-Si配施能显著提高烤烟烟叶钾含量,其中以处理5效果最优,较处理1上中下部叶分别增加了61.4%、42.1%、56.6%,上、中部叶均达到优质烟叶(3%)的含钾量标准。

Abstract: In this study, On basis of our previous works and results, effect of application ratio of Nutrition Regulator(NR) and Nano-Silicon(N-Si) on Heavy Metals(Lead, Cadmium) and potassium content of Tobacco Leaves was conducted through filed experiment.The results indicated that (1) application ratio of NR and N-Si can significantly decrease soil available Pb and Cd contents which were extracted by DTPA, and Pb,Cd content of Tobacco Leaves were decreased; Pb, Cd content of Tobacco was the lowest with NR 46.02 kg/hm2, N-Si 45.00 kg/hm2 treatment; Comparing to the control, the Pb contents of upper, middle, lower leaves have fallen by 53.4%, 30.2% and 39.4% respectively ,and Cd contents of upper, middle, lower leaves were down by 46.8%, 49.7%, 54.6% respectively; (2) The combined application of NR and N-Si can significantly increase the potassium content of flue-cured tobacco; One of the best was the results by treatment 5, the potassium content in the upper, middle and lower leaves was 61.4%, 42.1% and 56.6% more than CK respectively; The potassium content of flue-cured tobacco increased as the order of middle leaves > lower leaves > upper leaves; Both of potassium content of middle leaves and upper leaves have reached the standards(3%) of high quality tobacco leaves.
