铁皮石斛不同外植体繁殖种苗的植株形态特征调查

The Plant Morphology Investigation of Tissue Culture Plantlets with Different Explants in Dendrobium officinale

摘要: 为了研究利用不同再生途径繁殖的铁皮石斛组培苗植株形态特征的表现差异,分别随机抽取1000株人工栽培的不同再生途径繁殖的铁皮石斛组培苗植株进行形态特征调查,并进行分类归纳。结果表明,利用茎段外植体再生繁殖的铁皮石斛组培苗人工栽培植株,其形态特征表现高度一致;而利用种子外植体再生繁殖的铁皮石斛植株,其形态特征表现多种多样。由此可见,利用种子外植体再生繁殖,可以有效地拓宽铁皮石斛种质资源。

Abstract: The differentially expressed characteristics of tissue culture plantlets with different explants were studied in Dendrobium officinale. 1000 cultivated Dendrobium officinale plantlets with different regeneration pathways were randomly and respectively selected for morphological investigation and classification. The results showed that the cultivated Dendrobium officinale plantlets which using stem segments as explants performed highly consistent in their morphological characteristics; but the plantlets which were cultured by seed embryo as explants performed variedly. So, it followed that using seed embryo as explants for Dendrobium officinale breeding could effectively broaden their germplasms resources.
