氟虫双酰胺、虫酰肼及其混剂对水稻二化螟的田间防效

Efficacy of Flubendiamide, Tebufenozide and Its Mixtures on Chilo suppressalis in the Paddy Field

摘要: 测定和评价氟虫双酰胺、虫酰肼及其混剂对水稻二化螟的田间防效,为其推广应用提供技术支持。采用叶面喷雾法测定20%氟虫双酰胺WDG和24%虫酰肼SC及其混剂对二化螟的田间防效。结果表明,在二化螟3龄幼虫期和盛蛾期施用20%氟虫双酰胺WDG 20~30 g a.i./hm2,药后7天和14天对二化螟的杀虫效果均在90%以上,与20%氯虫苯甲酰胺SC 30 g a.i./hm2处理无显著差异。在二化螟3龄幼虫期施用24%虫酰肼SC 80~160 g a.i./hm2,药后7天和14天对二化螟的杀虫效果均在79%以下,极显著低于20%氯虫苯甲酰胺SC 30 g a.i./hm2处理;在二化螟盛蛾期施用24%虫酰肼SC 100~160 g a.i./hm2,药后7天和14天对二化螟的杀虫效果均在93%以上,与20%氯虫苯甲酰胺SC 30 g a.i./hm2处理无显著差异。在二化螟3龄幼虫期施用20%氟虫双酰胺WDG+24%虫酰肼SC 22.5 g a.i./hm2+40 g a.i./hm2和20 g a.i./hm2+100 g a.i./hm2,药后7天和14天对二化螟的杀虫效果均在91%以上;在二化螟盛蛾期施用20%氟虫双酰胺WDG + 24%虫酰肼SC 22.5 g a.i./hm2 + 40 g a.i./hm2、20 g a.i./hm2 + 100 g a.i./hm2、10 g a.i./hm2+80 g a.i./hm2和7.5 g a.i./hm2+120 g a.i./hm2,药后7天和14天对二化螟的杀虫效果均在95%以上,与20%氯虫苯甲酰胺SC 30 g a.i./hm2处理无显著差异。同时,这些处理对稻纵卷叶螟具有良好的兼治效果。为此,氟虫双酰胺、虫酰肼及其混剂用于防治水稻二化螟效果好、持效期长,是防治水稻二化螟的理想药剂。

Abstract: The study was aimed to determine and evaluate the efficacies of 20% flubendiamide WDG, 24% tebufenozide SC and its mixtures on Chilo suppressalis in the paddy field, which would provide technical support for its extension and application. The efficacies of 20% flubendiamide WDG, 24% tebufenozide SC and its mixtures on C. suppressalis in the paddy field were tested using foliar spray method. Results showed that, the insecticidal effects of 20% flubendiamide WDG in the concentrations of 20-30 g a.i./hm2 applied at the 3 instar larvae stage and moth stage of C. suppressalis were above 90% on C. suppressalis within 7 days and 14 days after treatment, which were no significantly different compared with that of 20% chlorantraniliprole SC in the concentration of 30 g a.i./hm2. The insecticidal effects of 24% tebufenozide SC in the concentrations of 80- 160 g a.i./hm2 applied at the 3 instar larvae stage of C. suppressalis were below 79% on C. suppressalis within 7 days and 14 days after treatment, which were significantly lower than that of 20% chlorantraniliprole SC in the concentration of 30 g a.i./hm2. The insecticidal effects of 24% tebufenozide SC in the concentrations of 100-160 g a.i./hm2 applied at the moth stage of C. suppressalis were above 93% on C. suppressalis within 7 days and 14 days after treatment, which were no significantly different compared with that of 20% chlorantraniliprole SC in the concentration of 30 g a.i./hm2. The insecticidal effects of 20% flubendiamide WDG + 24% tebufenozide SC on C. suppressalis were above 91% in the concentrations of 22.5 g a.i./hm2+40 g a. i./hm2 and 20 g a.i./hm2+100 g a.i./hm2 applied at the 3 instar larvae stage of C. suppressalis within 7 days and 14 days after treatment, and above 95% in the concentrations of 22.5 g a.i./hm2 +40 g a.i./hm2, 20 g a.i./hm2+ 100 g a.i./hm2, 10 g a.i./hm2 + 80 g a.i./hm2 and 7.5 g a.i./hm2 + 120 g a.i./hm2 applied at the moth stage of C. suppressalis, which were no significantly different compared with that of 20% chlorantraniliprole SC in the concentration of 30 g a.i./hm2. At the same time, all treatments had good efficacies on Cnaphalocrocis medindis. Flubendiamide, tebufenozide and its mixtures had good efficacies and permanent effectiveness on C. suppressalis, were the ideal pesticides for controlling C. suppressalis in the paddy field.
