东平湖鲤8种同工酶的组织特异性研究

Study on the Tissue Specificity of 8 Isozymes in Cyprinus carpio from Dongping Lake

摘要: 为了给东平湖鲤种质鉴定提供生化遗传指标,以便合理保护和利用东平湖鲤种质资源,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对东平湖鲤6种组织(肝脏、心脏、脾脏、肾脏、肌肉和眼睛)的8种同工酶[乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、酯酶(EST)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、6-磷酸葡萄糖酸脱氢酶(G6PDH)、异柠檬酸脱氢酶(IDH)、乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)]进行了研究,并对其同工酶位点及酶谱进行了分析。结果表明:东平湖鲤8种同工酶在6种组织中均表现出明显的组织特异性,与各组织的生理机能密切相关。

Abstract: For the purpose of providing biochemical genetic standards for germplasm identification of cyprinus carpio from Dongping Lake, as well as offering appropriate protection and utilization of the resources, eight isozymes(LDH, MDH, EST, CAT, POD, G6PDH, IDH, ADH) from six tissues (liver, heart, spleen, kidney, muscle and eye) of Cyprinus carpio collected from Dongping lake were studied by SDS-PAGE.Furthermore, isozyme loci and zymograms were also analyzed. The results indicated that eight isozymes in the six tissues showed distinct specificities, which is attributed to the physiological functions of different tissues.
