调亏灌溉对超级稻“深两优5814”孕穗期根系生长的影响

Effect of Regulated Deficit Irrigation on Root Growth of Super Rice‘Shenliangyou 5814’ at Booting Stage

摘要: 为探究调亏灌溉对超级稻孕穗期根系生长的影响。采用盆栽试验方法,透光通风大棚内栽种超级稻。土壤水分湿度仪测定土壤水分含量,根据土壤水分含量对超级稻孕穗期进行不同程度的调亏灌溉处理。调亏程度分别以田间持水量的80%~70%、70%~60%、60%~50%,编号为A、B、C三组,对照组CK为淹水灌溉。调亏灌溉处理促进超级稻孕穗期根系生长,使根冠比显著高于充分灌溉。对不同处理组的根系活力进行测定,调亏灌溉处理组要高于充分灌溉组,其中B处理组活性最强。根系扫描分析结果显示A和B处理组各个根系特征指标要大于C处理组,同时,3 个处理组均大于CK处理组。超级稻孕穗期调亏处理可有效减少灌溉水量,水分亏缺为田间持水量的60%至70%时,对超级稻根系生长最佳。

Abstract: To explore the effect of regulated deficit irrigation on root growth of super rice at the booting stage, a pot experiment method was performed on super rice placed in a translucent and ventilated greenhouse. The soil moisture contents were measured by using a soil moisture meter, different degrees of regulated deficit irrigation treatments were conducted on super rice at the booting stage based on soil moisture. The degrees of regulated deficit were labelled as Group A, B and C based on their rates against field moisture capacity, respectively at 80%-70%, 70%-60% and 60%-50%, to be compared with a control group CK as flood irrigation. Regulated deficit irrigation facilitates the root growth of super rice at the booting stage, enabling the root-shoot ratio to be significantly higher than that of full irrigation. A measurement of root activity on different treatment groups indicates that root activities of groups undergoing regulated deficit irrigation treatment are significantly higher than those of the full irrigation group, with treatment group B presenting the highest activity. The results of root scanning analysis indicate that a variety of root characteristic indicators of Group A and B are higher than those of Group C, while all indicators of the three treatment groups are higher than those of Group CK. The regulated deficit treatment on super rice at the booting stage is able to reduce the volume of water for irrigation effectively, and achieve optimal effects on root growth when water deficit amounts to 60% to 70% of the field moisture capacity.
