Brief Analysis of Present Situation and Countermeasures of Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution Control in China

摘要: 农业面源污染源涉及面广,污染源多样,单一防控办法收效甚微。当前中国处于经济转型的关键时期,做好农业面源污染综合防治工作对中国农业可持续发展具有重要意义。笔者分析了中国农业面源污染综合防控现状,总结了化肥、农药、畜禽粪便、残膜与秸秆等农业面源污染五大方面的防治相关技术研究,并就目前所存在的问题进行了探讨,提出了中国农业面源污染综合防控的防治对策,为今后提高中国农业面源污染综合防治水平提供参考借鉴。

Abstract: Agricultural non-point source pollution (ANPS) is very complex with different sources of pollution. A single method of ANPS control doesn’t work well. ANPS control with integrative methods play a vital role to sustainable development of China in the current critical period of economic transition. In this review, current situation of ANPS control in China were analyzed and related technologies were summarized from the five aspects of chemical fertilizer, pesticide, livestock manure, plastic film and crop residue. Existing problems were also discussed. Comprehensive countermeasures of ANPS control in China were put forward based on the problems which would improve ANPS control of China.
