农户选种酿酒高粱新品种影响因素实证分析——以‘龙杂17’为例

摘要:

为明确农户选种酿酒高粱新品种的影响因素,为酿酒高粱育种与新品种推广提供依据,以酿造高粱新品种‘龙杂17’为例,在黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市、黑河市以及内蒙古自治区的呼伦贝尔市等地区对214户农户展开调研,收集数据信息并采用Excel软件统计,运用二元logistic模型对农户种植影响因素进行分析,结果表明,农户受教育年限、劳动力比例、高粱面积占比、产量、价格、是否通过手机或网络查阅高粱相关信息对农户选种酿酒高粱新品种具有正向显著影响,地租具有负向显著影响。基于研究结论,提出了加强新型职业农民培训、加强高粱特色产业扶持力度、培育高产优质酿酒高粱新品种、创建加强一二三产融合发展的高粱田园综合体等对策建议,为农户和政府加快酿酒高粱新品种推广和高粱产业发展提供借鉴参考。

Abstract:

The paper aims to clarify the influencing factors on farmers’ adoption of new varieties of brewing sorghum, and provide the basis for liquor-making sorghum breeding and new varieties’ promotion. Taking the new sorghum variety ‘Longza 17’ as an example, 214 households were investigated in Qiqihar and Heihe of Heilongjiang Province and Hulunbeier of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Data were collected and analyzed with Excel software. The influencing factors on farmer’s planting were explored by using binary logistic model. The results showed that the years of education, the proportion of labor force, the proportion of sorghum area, the output, the price and the sorghum related information obtained through mobile phone or Internet had a positive and significant impact on the adoption of new varieties of wine-making sorghum, and the land rent had a negative and significant impact. Some countermeasures were put forward, such as strengthening the training of new professional farmers and the support of sorghum characteristic industries, cultivating new wine-making sorghum varieties of high-yield and high-quality, and establishing pastoral complex based on sorghum to enhance the integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries, which could provide references for farmers and governments to speed up the promotion of new varieties of wine-making sorghum.
