复合高效配方药剂对甘蔗褐锈病防控效果评价

High-efficiency Compound Formula Fungicide: Control Effects on Sugarcane Brown Rust

摘要:

为了筛选防控甘蔗褐锈病的复合高效配方药剂及精准施药技术,选用代森锌、烯唑醇、代森锰锌、嘧菌脂、吡唑醚菌脂、苯甲嘧菌酯、百菌清、多菌灵进行田间药效试验。结果表明,(65%代森锌WP 1500 g+75%百菌清WP 1500 g+磷酸二氢钾2400 g+增效剂300 mL)/hm2、(12.5%烯唑醇WP 1500 g+75%百菌清WP 1500 g+磷酸二氢钾2400 g+增效剂300 mL)/hm2、(80%代森锰锌WP 1500 g+75%百菌清WP 1500 g+磷酸二氢钾2400 g+增效剂300 mL)/hm2和(30%苯甲嘧菌酯SC 900 mL +磷酸二氢钾2400 g+增效剂300 mL)/hm2等4个配方药剂对甘蔗褐锈病均具有良好的防治效果,其病指均在18.79以下、防效均达80.53%以上。本研究显示4个配方药剂是防控甘蔗褐锈病理想的复合高效配方药剂,可在7—8月人工和无人机飞防叶面喷施,7~10天喷1次,连喷2次。

Abstract:

To screen the high-efficiency compound formula fungicides and the precise application technology for controlling sugarcane brown rust, a field efficiency trial was performed with eight fungicides, including zineb, diniconazole, mancozeb, azoxystrobin, pyraclostrobin, difenoconazole·azoxystrobin, chlorothalonil and carbendazim. The results showed that four formula fungicides, (1500 g of 65% zineb WP + 1500 g of 75% chlorothalonil WP + 2400 g KH2PO4 + 300 mL agricultural synergist)/hm2, (1500 g of 12.5% diniconazole WP + 1500 g of 75 % chlorothalonil WP + 2400 g KH2PO4 + 300 mL agricultural synergist)/hm2, (1500 g of 80% mancozeb WP +1500 g of 75% chlorothalonil WP + 2400 g KH2PO4 + 300 mL agricultural synergist)/hm2 and (900 mL 30% difenoconazole·azoxystrobin SC + 2400 g KH2PO4 + 300 mL agricultural synergist)/hm2, had good control efficacy against sugarcane brown rust. The disease indexes of the four formula fungicides were below 18.79, and their control efficiency was above 80.53%. This study indicates that the four formula fungicides are the ideal high-efficiency compound formula for controlling sugarcane brown rust, which could be sprayed directly onto the leaves via artificial and unmanned aerial vehicles in July and August, with two single applications spaced 7 to 10 days apart.
