摘要:

为筛选出适合‘阳光’樱容器苗生长的最佳基质配比,提高贵阳樱花移植容器苗生长质量,以泥炭、珍珠岩、蛭石、黄泥土为原材料,按一定比例配置4种混合基质,以黄泥土作为对照,选择35 cm× 35 cm×30 cm的无纺布袋作为育苗容器,对引进贵阳的一年生‘阳光’樱嫁接苗进行实验,测定土壤理化性质及‘阳光’樱对不同基质生长、生理的响应,并对测定指标进行相关性分析。结果表明:混合基质较黄泥土的土壤容重小,孔隙度大,土壤养分保肥持续能力强,有利于植物苗高、地径、生物量的积累;混合基质能够促进‘阳光’樱光合色素形成,提升光合效率,促进光合产物的累积,其生理指标均优于黄泥土对照;相关性分析表明‘阳光’樱苗高、地径、生物量、叶绿素含量、实际光量子、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白等之间相关性较强。综合试验显示,T4处理(泥炭土:蛭石:珍珠岩:黄泥土=3:2:1:1)为最佳基质配比,是引种‘阳光’樱花容器苗的最佳育苗基质。

Abstract:

To screen out the best substrate proportion which is suitable for the growth of C.companulata ‘Youkou’ container seedlings and improve the growth quality of Guiyang cherry blossom transplant container seedlings, peat, perlite, vermiculite, and yellow clay were used as the raw materials, and 4 mixed substrates were configured in certain proportions. The experiment set the yellow soil as the control, a 35 cm × 35 cm× 30 cm non-woven bag was selected as the seedling container, and the annual C.companulata ‘Youkou’ grafted seedlings introduced to Guiyang were tested to determine the physical and chemical properties of the soil, and the growth and physiological response of C.companulata ‘Youkou’ to different substrate proportions, and the correlations of the measurement indicators were analyzed. The results show that the mixed substrate has a smaller soil bulk density, greater porosity and strong sustainability of soil nutrients than the yellow soil, which is conducive to the plant seedling height, ground diameter and the accumulation of biomass; the mixed substrate could promote the formation of photosynthetic pigments in C.companulata ‘Youkou’, enhance photosynthetic efficiency and promote the accumulation of photosynthetic products, the physiological indicators are better than those of the yellow soil control. Correlation analysis shows that there is a strong correlation between the seedling height, ground diameter, biomass, chlorophyll content, actual light quanta, soluble sugar and soluble protein of the C.companulata ‘Youkou’. The experiment shows that T4 (peat soil: vermiculite: perlite: yellow soil=3:2:1:1) is the best substrate proportion for the cultivation of C.companulata ‘Youkou’ container seedlings introduced to Guiyang.
