摘要:

为了促进开发利用更多植物源功能活性多肽,本文归纳总结了植物源功能活性多肽提取、制备、分离、鉴定和功能验证等方面的研究,比较分析不同研究方法和应用结果的差异,总结了当前植物源功能活性多肽研究主要存在问题,提出今后应在降低提取成本和加强标准体系建设等方面开展工作,为未来植物源功能性多肽研究奠定基础。

关键词: 植物活性多肽, 多肽制备, 多肽分离, 多肽功能, 功能验证

Abstract:

The aim is to promote the development and utilization of more bioactive peptides based on plants. The advance in extraction, preparation, isolation, identification and function verification of bioactive peptides were summarized, and the effects of different research methods and their application were compared and analyzed. Then, main problems in current research on bioactive peptides based on plants were summarized. At last, the study proposed that we should reduce the extraction cost and strengthen the standard system construction, which could lay a foundation for the future research of bioactive peptides based on plants.
