大庆城区湿地空气调节功能价值估算

The Value Estimation of the Air Condition Function of Proper Marsh in the Daqing City

摘要:

为了尽快改善大庆湿地自然保护区的城市生态环境,不断提高总体的生态环境质量,笔者从大庆湿地的空气调节功能入手,依据环境经济学和生态经济学原理,采用碳税法对该湿地所提供的空气调节功能进行科学估算。结果表明,大庆湿地主要植被固定CO2的价值为4.95亿元,释放O2的价值为4.35亿元,去除温室气体排放损失价值为0.1亿元,即该地区生态系统的大气调节功能价值为9.2亿元,气体调节价值为6862元/hm2。本研究表明,大庆湿地生态系统固定大气中CO2的同时,增加大气中的O2,对维持区域大气中的CO2和O2的动态平衡,减缓温室效应,提供人类生存基本条件有着不可代替的作用。

Abstract:

In order to improve the urban ecological environment of Daqing marsh nature reserve as soon as possible, and improve the total ecological and environmental quality constantly, the author mainly began with the air-conditioned function of Daqing marsh, according to the principles of environmental economics and ecological economics, to estimate the air conditioning function provided by the marsh scientifically by adopting carbon tax. The results showed that, the value of CO2 fixed by the main vegetation of Daqing marsh was RMB 495 million, and the value of O2 released was RMB 435 million. Except the value RMB 10 million of the greenhouse gases emission loss, the value of the atmosphere regulatory function of this area ecological system was RMB 920 million, and the gas regulatory value was RMB 6862 per hm2. This study indicated that, CO2 in the atmosphere was fixed by the Daqing marsh ecological system when O2 in the atmosphere was increased. It played an irreplaceable role to maintain the dynamic balance of CO2 and O2 in the area atmosphere, slow down the greenhouse effect, and provide the basic conditions for human existence.
