宁夏盐池县基于熵值法的耕地集约利用评价

The Intensive Utilization Evaluation of Arable Land in Yanchi County, Ningxia Based on Entropy Value Method

摘要:

为了科学量度盐池县耕地资源集约利用水平,从而为盐池县农业生产制定相关政策和措施提供科学依据,笔者应用熵值法进行耕地集约利用综合评价,计算各指标权重,并以盐池县1990—2005年作为评价对象进行实证研究。结果表明:影响盐池县耕地利用集约度的各指标权重前4项为灌溉指数、劳均产粮、粮食单产、粮食安全系数;耕地利用对整个耕地利用集约度的影响最大,最低为耕地利用效益;盐池县的耕地集约利用还处于较低水平,耕地持续状况、耕地利用效益增长空间较大;影响盐池县耕地集约利用的主要单因子障碍是复种指数和人均耕地,影响盐池县耕地集约利用的主要分类障碍是耕地利用强度。耕地投入强度、利用强度和耕地利用效益间具有较强的相关性。客观因素决定的耕地利用程度影响主观耕地投入强度的积极性,共同影响耕地利用效益,最终形成耕地持续状态。

Abstract:

Aimed to estimate the intensive use level of cultivated land resource in Yanchi County, and to provide the scientific basis for agricultural production policy in the county. By the entropy method, the comprehensive land use was evaluated and the indexes weight was calculated. And the data of Yanchi County in the period of 1990-2005 as objects for empirical research were evaluated. The results showed that, the most influential indices which affected the intensive use of cultivated land in Yanchi were irrigation index, grain yield per labor, grain yield per unit area, and food security index. Cultivated land use with the lowest benefit and gave the most affection on land intensive use. The cultivated land intensive use in Yanchi County was still at low level, there still had enough room for cultivated land sustainable status, and cultivated land use efficiency growth. Multiple crop index and cultivated land per capita were the main obstacle factors for the intensive use of cultivated land. There had strong correlation among the input intensity of cultivated land, utilizing intensity and the use efficiency of cultivated land. The land use degree which determined by the objective factors impacted the input intensity of cultivated land, furthermore, that affected land use efficiency, and finally formed a continual use status of cultivated land.
