黄柳菇多糖对大强度运动大鼠抗氧化能力及胃黏膜屏障保护机制的研究

摘要:

摘要:研究黄柳菇多糖对大强度运动大鼠抗氧化能力的影响,以及对胃黏膜屏障的作用,并探讨其保护机制。通过建立大鼠运动模型,测试运动后血液与胃组织中部分抗氧化指标,观察黄柳菇多糖在胃黏膜屏障改善方面的作用。结果表明与安静组相比,大强度运动后大鼠各项抗氧化酶活性明显下降,MDA含量显著增加,胃黏膜有明显损伤;但黄柳菇多糖对运动大鼠各项抗氧化酶活性有明显改善,MDA含量变化不显著,胃黏膜损伤有良好改善。结果表明黄柳菇多糖在改善运动大鼠的氧化应激水平,使组织中抗氧化酶活性增强,有利于保护胃黏膜屏障结构和功能的完整性,可作为天然抗氧化剂和运动营养补剂的进一步研究与开发。

Abstract:

Abstract: Research of pholiota adiposa polysaccharide on antioxygenic ability,and the effect of gastric mucosa barrie protection mechanism of high-intensity endurance training rats.Through set up animal movement models to test the contents of antioxygenic in blood and gastric mucosa after training , to observation the effect on gastric mucosa barrie improvement of pholiota adiposa polysaccharide. The result is compared with the quiet group, the antioxidant enzyme activity of the high-intensity endurance training group obvious improvement, the MDA content have no obvious change , the injured gastric mucosa has been improved.Therefore the pholiota adiposa polysaccharide can improve the oxidative stress levels in high-intensity endurance training rats, and enhance the antioxidant enzyme activity to help protect the integrity of the structure and function of gastric mucosa barrie. It can be used as natural antioxidants and sports nutrition tonics for further research and development.
