高等院校动物医学专业本科学生实践创新能力培养的研究

摘要: 摘要:全面推进动物医学专业学生实践创新能力的培养,符合现代教育理念和我国未来发展的趋势。为了满足社会的快速发展及国家对畜牧行业高素质应用型人才的需求,同时也为了配合辽宁老工业基地实现经济的转型与快速发展,作为辽宁省主力农业院校的沈阳农业大学,以构建更加科学合理的培养模式为目标,对动物医学专业本科学生实践创新能力培养方式进行了探索。在改革中:①充分利用校内外实习基地,采用“校内+校外”的实习模式,将企业单位引入实践教学中;②通过综合实践活动和积极参与第二课堂来促进本科学生科学探究能力的提升,利用这种课内教育和课外教育的相互融合来加强学生实践创新能力的培养;③加强毕业论文环节中对动物医学专业本科生实践创新能力的培养;④推进我院教学方法的改革、营造学术氛围,以多样的创新人才培养方式作为辅助手段。通过一系列改革将实践创新教育与专业教学融为一体,有利地推进了学生创新意识、实践技能、社会交往能力的培养。

Abstract: Abstract: Comprehensively promoting the cultivation in practice innovation ability of animal medicine students is in line with the modern educational idea and the trend of our future development. To meet the rapid development of society and the needs of high-quality application-oriented talents of livestock industry in our country, as well as, to coordinate economic transformation and rapid development of Liaoning old industrial base, Shenyang Agricultural University, as the main agricultural college in Liaoning Province, explored practical innovation ability culture ways of undergraduate students of animal medicine with the aim of building a more scientific and rational training model. The main reform points were as follows. ① to Make full use of campus internal and external practice base, some business units were introduced into the practice of teaching using the “campus and off-campus” internship model. ② through practical activities and actively participating in the second class, we tried to enhancing the ability of undergraduate students in exploring of science, and through the merging of curricular and extracurricular education, we tried to strengthening the cultivation of students in practical innovation ability. ③ We tried to enhancing practical innovation ability culture of undergraduate students of animal medicine through strengthening thesis quality. ④ We performed the reform of teaching methods, and created an academic atmosphere with a variety of innovative personnel training methods. Through a series of reforms and the integration of practical innovative education and professional teaching, we promoted well the innovative awareness, practical skills, and social skill training of students.
