Abstract: As a new way of forestry production and economic phenomenon, under-forest economic has rich production value and scientific content. The development of under-forest economic is the urgent need to consolidate the achievement of the reform of collective forest right system and promotes green growth. Based on the conception and feature of under-forest economic, this paper analyzed and evaluated the research status and developing evolvement of Chinese under-forest economic, and fatal significance of developing under-forest economic. The paper had put forward the development countermeasure of industry planning, service system, government input, talent team, base construction, quality supervision management and etc, in order to provide some ideas for the sustainable development of Chinese under-forest economic.
