Effects of Different Plant Hormone Concentrations to Tissue Culture Stem of Edible Chrysanthemum

摘要: 以盆栽食用菊花的茎尖为外植体,通过调节激素浓度诱导愈伤形成、芽体萌发、继代增殖以及生根壮苗,快速扩繁食用菊花组培苗。研究结果表明:愈伤分化和芽诱导的最适培养基为MS+ 1 mg/L 6-BA+ 0.1 mg/L NAA,芽的诱导率可达到55%;不定芽增殖的最适培养基为MS+ 1 mg/L 6-BA+ 0.3 mg/L NAA+ 0.1 mg/L KT,平均每株芽数4.9个;生根的最适培养基为1/2MS+ 0.1 mg/L NAA,根数最多可达11根。

Abstract: With potted edible chrysanthemum shoot tip explants, by adjusting the concentration of hormone induced callus formation、bud germination、subculture and the rooting, then the edible chrysanthemum are propagated rapidly. The results showed that MS+ 1 mg/L 6-BA+ 0.1 mg/L NAA was the best medium for callus and sprout differentiation. The induction of sprout was 55%. In the process of proliferation for plant tall and sturdy stems and leaves, MS+ 1 mg/L 6-BA+ 0.3 mg/L NAA+ 0.1 mg/L KT was the medium better. The optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS+ 0.1 mg/L NAA. Root number up to 11.
