论“农社对接”的模式多样化与配送标准化

Model Diversification and Distribution Standardization of“Alliance of Agriculture and Community”

摘要: “农社对接”是指由农户向社区消费者直供农产品的一种新兴农产品营销模式,因其流通环节少、流通成本低、方便市民消费,对于促进农民增收、缓解农产品卖难买贵等起到了积极作用。文章分析了“农社对接”在中国农产品物流中的定位,指出其在现阶段仅作为一种辅助的农产品营销模式的主要原因:农产品供应者经营能力有限、传统购买方式仍受青睐、缺乏农产品质量安全标准、监督及物流配送技术支撑等,发展中缺少取代农贸市场的革命性创新机制。同时分析了推进运行模式多样化和实现物流配送标准化对其发展的积极作用,提出建立直销联合体、组建消费团体、完善配送体系,建立行业标准、发展创意农产品电子商务等建议、措施,并对其未来发展进行展望。

Abstract: “Alliance of agriculture and community” is a new agricultural products marketing model that farmers provide farm products to customers directly. It simplifies the circulation link, reduces the circulation cost, and plays a positive role in improving farmers’ income and making the public consumption to be more convenient. The position of “alliance of agriculture and community” in agricultural products logistics and the related reasons were analyzed in this paper. The limited business ability of agricultural products suppliers, the preference of traditional consumption ways, the lack of quality safety standards, supervision for agricultural products and technical support for logistics distribution all resulted in the subordinate role of “alliance of agriculture and community” in agricultural products logistics. Besides, the positive effects of model diversification and distribution standardization on it were analyzed, the specific suggestions such as establishing direct sales association and consumer groups, improving distribution system, establishing industrial standards, developing creative agricultural e-commerce were provided in detail. Finally the authors made an outlook on the future development of “alliance of agriculture and community”.
