水稻高温热害及其风险评估的研究进展

Research Progress of High Temperature Injury of Rice and Its Risk Accessment

摘要: 中国是世界上最大的水稻生产国和消费国,水稻生产对粮食安全具有极其重要的意义。随着全球气候变暖的加剧,高温热害已成为影响水稻生产的主要灾害之一,进行水稻的高温热害及其风险评估的研究具有重要的现实意义。本研究从高温热害对水稻生理、产量及稻米品质的影响等方面进行了综述,探讨了提高水稻抗热性的育种途径和防御水稻高温热害的栽培管理对策。评述了水稻高温热害风险评估3种主要的研究方法,并提出了今后水稻高温热害研究需要进一步解决的问题。

Abstract: China is the largest rice-producing country and consuming country in the world, therefore rice production has an enormous significance for food security. With the aggravation of global warming, heat injury has already become one of the principal disasters in rice production. Consequently, it is of extremely practical significance to conduct a research on rice heat injury and risk assessment. This thesis summarized the influence of heat injury on rice physiology, output and rice quality, and thus elaborated the breeding method of rice heat resistance and cultivation countermeasures which could prevent rice heat injury. Thereafter, it put forward three principal research methods targeting at rice heat injury risk assessment and issues to be solved in the rice heat injury research in the future.
