西南茶区重金属含量及土壤-茶树系统重金属研究现状与趋势

Heavy Metals of Soil-tea System in Southwest Tea Area: Research Status and Trend

摘要: 西南茶区地处中国西南部,主要产茶地区为云南、贵州、四川和重庆,是中国最古老的茶区。为了解中国西南茶区的重金属含量现状,笔者回顾和综述了国内外有关茶园土壤重金属方面的研究文献,并提出了土壤-茶树系统重金属的研究方向。总结如下:西南茶区重金属含量状况总体良好,部分茶区镉、汞含量超标(GB 15618—2008);土壤重金属主要以水溶态、交换态、有机结合态、铁锰氧化态、碳酸盐态、残渣态几种形态存在,水可溶态和交换态的生物有效性较高,且受土壤pH值的影响较大。茶园的管理模式、土壤理化性质、茶园园龄和茶树树龄等都会影响土壤-茶树系统重金属的迁移。因此加强土壤-茶树系统重金属迁移规律的研究,构建土壤-茶树重金属污染预测预警尤为重要。

Abstract: Located in southwest China, the southwest tea area is the oldest tea area in China and has Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and Chongqing as the main tea producing provinces. To understand soil heavy metal content of this area, the authors reviewed and summarized related literatures, and proposed the research direction of heavy metals of soil-tea system. The results showed that, in general, the heavy metals’contents in southwest tea area were acceptable, but the content of cadmium and mercury exceeded the limit standard (GB 15618- 2008) in some tea planting areas. The heavy metal forms were mainly water-soluble state, exchangeable state, organic bound state, iron-manganese oxidation state, carbonate state and residual state, the forms of watersoluble state and exchangeable state had higher bio-availability and were significantly affected by soil pH value. The migration of heavy metals in tea-soil system was influenced by tea garden management mode, soil physical and chemical properties, year of plantation and tea plant. Therefore, it is important to enhance the study on the transport and transformation of heavy metal in soil-tea system and construct heavy metal pollution forecast system.
