绿盲蝽研究进展

Research Progress on Apolygus lucorum (Meyer-Dür)

摘要: 为了研究绿盲蝽发生规律与防治对策,综述了近年来国内外的相关研究。绿盲蝽发生规律主要从2个方面进行研究,一个是各种环境因子对绿盲蝽生长发育影响,一个是不同寄主与绿盲蝽之间的选择性。害虫防治在物理、化学、生物等方面均有研究。本研究发现,相关研究集中于绿盲蝽种群发生动态规律、生命表制作、相互选择性的生理生化机制、对药剂优化选择等。目前的研究已经涉及分子基因层面,但是主要侧重于某一个特定功能基因,对基因整体相关性研究还存在不足。今后研究还需在基因组学、蛋白组学、代谢组学等方面加以深化。

Abstract: To study the occurrence regularity and control strategy of Apolygus lucorum (Meyer-Dür), this paper summarized the related research at home and abroad in recent years. The occurrence of Apolygus lucorum (Meyer-Dür) was mainly studied from two aspects, one was the effect of environmental factors on the growth and development of Apolygus lucorum (Meyer-Dür), the other one was the choice between different hosts and pest. The physics, chemistry, biology and other aspects on pest control were researched. In this study, we found that: the related research focused on the dynamic law of population occurrence, the make of life table, the physiological and biochemical mechanism of the mutual selectivity, the optimal selection of pharmaceuticals. The current research has gone to the molecular gene level, but mainly focuses on a specific functional gene, there is still a lack of research on the overall correlation of genes. The future research also needs to be deepened on genomics, proteomics, metabolomics and other aspects.
