荔枝蝽成虫排泄物组分的GC-MS分析

摘 要:采用气质联用仪(GC-MS)对荔枝蝽Tessaratoma papillosa(Drury)排泄物的正己烷提取物进行分析,结果表明荔枝蝽雌成虫排泄物的正己烷提取物中具有3种挥发性物质,即(E)-2-己烯乙酸酯-1-醇、十二烷及十三烷,雄成虫排泄物中仅有十三烷。

Abstract:

Abstract: The results using gas chromatography-mass showed that n-hexane extractions from excrement of adult Tessaratoma papillosa (Drury) were that three volatiles, (E)-2-hexen-1-ol, acetate, dodecane and tridecane, were found in excrement from females, while tridecane was only in excrement from males.
