水稻耐冷性鉴定及定位研究概况

摘要:

为了更好研究水稻耐冷机理,对水稻耐冷基因进行定位克隆,通过分子育种来选育水稻耐冷品种,由此对水稻耐冷研究现状进行分析。对水稻发芽期、芽期、苗期、孕穗期的耐冷鉴定方法,室内与大田鉴定方法进行比较分析,对各时期耐冷指标的应用及相关定位研究进行总结。从生理生化方面阐述了水稻耐冷机理的研究,分析水稻在受到冷害后水稻膜相的改变,酶活的改变情况。并概括了近年来水稻在冷害敏感时期的耐冷性数量性状QTL定位研究方面取得的进展,研究的群体有用近等基因系,重组自交系,DH系,其中多数利用近等基因系来进行研究。其中研究集中在芽期、发芽期的耐冷QTLs定位,苗期、孕穗期的QTLs研究较少。介绍了第一个水稻芽期耐冷基因克隆情况。并展望水稻耐冷研究方面今后的方向,很长一段时期内,研究依然集中在QTLs的定位上,水稻耐冷基因的克隆正在逐步开展,耐冷机理的研究应关注蛋白间的互作。

Abstract:

In order to research the mechanism of rice at low temperature, clone the genes of cold tolerance, breed the new rice defense cold stress, it is need to analysis progress on rice at low temperature. Evaluation of low-temperature germinability, cold tolerance of seedling, booting and application of the indexes were summarized. Physiology and biochemistry researches on molecular mechanism of cold tolerance were introduced. Rice film phase and enzyme activity have been changed with injury by low temperature. Studies on quantitative traits loci (QTLs) analysis for cold tolerance in rice were reviewed. BILs had been used for researching mostly among BILs, RILs and DH. More studies focused at seedling stage than booting stage. The first one cloned gene of cold tolerance had been introduced. And research directions on cold tolerance of rice in the future were suggested.
