为了降低低温对吉林省水稻幼苗期的影响,减少病害的发生,对目前吉林省主要水稻栽培水稻品种幼苗期根系活力进行分析。以吉林省的7个主栽水稻品种(‘长白9’,‘长白16’,‘吉粳803’,‘吉粳105’,‘吉粳88’,‘吉粳83’,‘吉粳81’)为材料,对它们进行8~12℃低温处理,通过线性内插法确定了8~12℃分别处理1~6天条件下的水稻根系活力,进一步利用统计回归方法建立了不同温度下处理天数与水稻根系活力之间的关系。结果表明,不同温度条件下,根系活力的降低与处理天数成正比,根系活力在相同的温度下,不同的处理天数均呈现:‘吉粳81’ > ‘吉粳83’ > ‘吉粳88’ > ‘吉粳803’ > ‘吉粳105’ > ‘长白16’ > ‘长白9’。因此,根据温度条件可以对水稻幼苗期根系活力进行有效预测,并且得出水稻幼苗期根系耐冷性与水稻品种的属性相关。

In order to reduce the effect of low temperature and disease in rice seedlings period, root activity of seedling period of main cultivated rice varieties in Jilin Province was analyzed in this paper. 7 main cultivated rice varieties (‘Changbai9’, ‘Changbai16’, ‘Jijing803’, ‘Jijing105’, ‘Jijing88’, ‘Jijing83’, ‘Jijing81’) were treated with low temperature 8-12℃. After low temperature treatment for 1-6 days, the root activity was determined through linear interpolation. And the relationship between the days in low temperature and root activity was analyzed by using regression method. The results indicated that, under the different low temperature, the longer treatment days induced the lower root activity. Under the same temperature and different treatment days, the root activity order was ‘Jijing81’ > ‘Jijing83’ > ‘Jijing88’ > ‘Jijing803’ > ‘Jijing105’ > ‘Changbai16’ > ‘Changbai9’. According to this paper, we could predict the root activity of seedling by using different temperature condition. And the root activity of seedling is related to different rice variety.
