      为合理利用现有玉米种质资源,培养干旱耐性玉米品系提供理论基础。通过对生长15 天的‘郑58’和‘PH4CV’进行干旱、正常浇水和干旱后复水3 种处理,观察其表型差异及测定与抗旱性相关的生理指标。结果显示,干旱条件下‘PH4CV’苗期叶温较低、离体叶片失水较快。干旱处理5 天后,‘PH4CV’幼苗表现出较‘郑58’更为严重的萎蔫表型,其组织相对含水量较低,积累了较多的H2O2和丙二醛(MDA),具有更高的电解质渗出率。干旱处理后‘郑58’与‘PH4CV’根冠比均有所增加,而‘郑58’的增加幅度更大。综上所述,‘郑58’苗期干旱处理下各项生理生化指标均显著优于‘PH4CV’,干旱耐性相对较强。
英文摘要:
      The aims are to rationally use the maize germplasm resource and provide basis for breeding maize varieties with drought tolerance. The 15-day-old seedlings ‘Zheng58’and‘PH4CV’were used as materials for three treatments, drought, normal irrigation, and re-water after drought. The phenotypic difference and drought-relevant physiological indexes were observed. The results showed that, under the drought treatment, leaf temperature of‘PH4CV’seedlings was lower, and water loss was faster in detached leaves of‘PH4CV’. After drought treatment for 5 days, seedlings of‘PH4CV’showed more severe wilting than‘Zheng58’, accompanied with lower relative water content, accumulated more H2O2 and MDA, and had higher ionic leakage level. The root/shoot ratio increased in both‘PH4CV’and‘Zheng58’after drought treatment, and the ratio was much higher in‘Zheng58’. In conclusion, the drought-relevant physiological indexes of‘Zheng58’ are better than that of‘PH4CV’, indicating that the variety has more tolerance to drought stress at seedlings stage.
