      为筛选适宜贵州省栽培种植的优良品种,2015~2016年对收集到500余份种质资源中经整理和初步筛选,共筛选Y10、ZY、Y42、QL、Y43、Y8、Y160、ZF等8份材料。本实验以8个薏苡新品系(材料)为研究对象,利用SSR标记技术对8个材料间的亲缘关系进行了鉴定。由SSR分子标记结果可知,20对组合的SSR引物扩增结果进行聚类,遗传相似系数变化范围为:0.467-0.922,说明供试材料间存在差异;以兴仁小白壳为对照,并对筛选到的8个薏苡新材料进行品种比较试验,Y10、ZY、Y42、QL、Y160与对照的产量比较均达到极显著水平,Y10两年产量均最高,从而说明筛选出Y10、ZY、Y42、QL、Y160薏苡新品种(材料)具有显著的优势,为薏苡遗传育种奠定基础。
英文摘要:
      To screen out good varieties which are suitable for planting in Guizhou Province, 8 new materials of Coix lacryma- jobi including Y10, ZY, Y42, QL, Y43, Y8, Y160 and ZF, were used as materials. ‘Xingrenxiaobaike’was taken as the control. The genetic relationship among the 8 materials was identified by SSR markers. Variety comparison test was conducted with randomized block design. Results showed that the variation range of genetic similarity coefficients was between 0.467 and 0.922 by cluster analysis on amplified sequence by 20 pairs of combined SSR primers, and there were differences among test materials which demonstrated they were different test materials. Based on the variety comparison analysis between 2015 and 2016, yields of Y10, ZY, Y42, QL, Y160 reached very significant level compare to the control, and the yield of Y10 reached the highest in both the two years. The test demonstrates that the new materials Y10, ZY, Y42, QL and Y160 have significant advantages, and lays a foundation for further research.
