      [目的]针对山西省重金属铅污染的问题,开展耐铅菌株的筛选工作,以期为微生物修复土壤提供理想菌株。[方法]采用选择性培养基从重金属污染的新鲜土中筛选耐铅菌株,经生理生化分析及16SrDNA基因扩增测序对其进行初步鉴定。[结果]最终筛选出一株高耐铅菌株GDYX03,鉴定为肠杆菌属(Enterobacter)。该菌株最佳培养条件:接种量为10%,通气量选择10 mL装液量,温度为30 ℃,pH值为6。菌株GDYX03的最大耐铅浓度达2000 mg/L,在含铅水溶液中对铅吸附率高达98.88 %,吸附量达19.78 mg/g。[结论]该实验筛选出的高耐铅菌株对铅具有较高的吸附效果,可用于重金属污染土壤的微生物修复。
英文摘要:
      For the problem of soil heavy metal contamination in Shanxi, we screened lead resistant strains to provide the ideal one for microbial remediation. We isolated the lead resistant strains from heavy metal contaminated soil by using the selective medium, and identified the strains by physiological and biochemical tests and the 16S rDNA sequence analysis. At last, we screened out a lead resistant strain named GDYX03 that belonged to Enterobacter. The optimum growth condition of the strain was found as inoculation quantity of 10%, pH 6.0, 30℃ and the ventilation volume of 10 mL. Under this condition, the strain GDYX03 possessed the capability of Pb2+ resistance up to 2000 mg/L, and its adsorption rate and quantity of Pb2+ reached 98.88% and 19.78 mg/g in aqueous solution, respectively. The adsorption effect of this strain on lead is significant, and it could be used for microbial remediation of soil heavy metal contamination.
