      在设施作物反季节栽培过程中,植株所受的光照与温度条件是限制其生长发育的主要环境因子。最近的研究表明光温信号在分子水平上有相当大的相互作用,并已经证明光照和温度在调控种子萌发、植物形态建成、开花和增强耐受性方面有着复杂的耦合作用。近年来,人们逐渐意识到精确地控制光温条件,是有效提升设施作物生产力且节约设施能耗的可行途径之一。探究在光温耦合条件下如何影响设施作物生育进程的机制,借此获取植株最适宜的外在生长环境参数,从而更精准地调控作物生长发育,并有助于进一步提高设施作物的产量与品质。
英文摘要:
      SThe light and temperature conditions are the main environmental factors limiting the growth and development of greenhouse crops during the anti season cultivation. Recent studies showed that there is considerable interaction between light and temperature signals on molecular level, and it has demonstrated that illumination and temperature have a complex coupling effect on the regulation of seed germination, plant morphogenesis, flowering, and the enhancement of tolerance. In recent years, people gradually realized that precisely controlling the light and temperature condition is one of the feasible methods to improve the productivity of the plant effectively and save the energy consumption of facilities. This study is to explore the mechanism of how to influence the growth process of greenhouse crops under the condition of light and temperature coupling, so as to obtain the most suitable parameters of the external growth environment in order to control crop development accurately, and to improve the yield and quality of facility crops.
