      [目的]为了研究不同种类植物激素在油棕成熟叶片组织培养过程中对外植体褐化率的影响,[方法]本试验以油棕成熟叶片为诱导材料,以2,4-D、NAA、IBA、IAA、KT、TDZ、6-BA为不同激素处理,分析在其诱导下油棕叶片褐化率。[结果]结果表明:1、6-BA和IBA处理下叶片褐化率最高,分别达到66.98%和65.35%,显著高于其它5种处理;2、KT处理的叶片褐化率的低于6-BA、IBA和TDZ,达到极显著差异的水平;3、2,4-D、NAA、IAA对叶片的褐化率影响在各个水平上均没有显著差异。[结论]建议可以在愈伤组织诱导率相近的条件下应优先考虑使用KT,以上结果可以为油棕组织培养提供参考。
英文摘要:
      The paper aims to study the influence of different plant hormones on the browning rate of explants during the tissue culture process of mature oil palm leaves. Taking the mature oil palm leaves as the explants, we treated them with different hormones as 2,4-D, NAA, IBA, IAA, KT, TDZ and 6-BA, to analyze the browning rate of oil palm leaves under induction. The results showed that: (1) the 6-BA and IBA had the highest browning rate for mature leaves than other kinds of plant hormones, and the browning rate was 66.98% and 65.35%, respectively; (2) the browning rate of mature leaves treated with KT was significantly lower than that treated with 6-BA, IBA and TDZ; (3) the browning rate of mature leaves treated with 2,4-D, NAA, IAA had no significant differences. It is suggested that KT should be given priority under the condition of similar callus induction rate.
