      为了选育小粒大豆新品种,推动纳豆和芽豆(豆芽)产业发展,以日本小粒豆为母本,与创新种质合交98-1062为父本,经有性杂交,育成了适宜作菜用芽豆原料的小粒大豆新品种合农113,2019年由黑龙江省审定推广。该品种子粒圆形,种皮黄色,种脐黄色,百粒重12.2克左右;蛋白质含量40.50%,脂肪含量19.51%,可溶性糖含量7.2%;接种鉴定中抗灰斑病;出苗至成熟生育日数120天左右,需≥10℃活动积温2450℃左右,适宜北方春大豆中早熟区种植;区域试验平均hm2产量2760.0kg,比对照品种绥小粒豆2号增产14.2%,生产试验平均hm2产量2749.7kg,比对照品种绥小粒豆2号增产13.8%。该品种的育成为发展特用大豆生产和产业结构调整提供了技术支撑,同时也为小粒大豆品种的选育提供了方法与经验。
英文摘要:
      In order to breed new small seeded soybean varieties and promote the industrial development of natto and sprouts (bean sprouts), a new small seeded soybean variety of HeNong113 has been bred by sexual hybridization with female parent of Japan small seeded variety and male parent of HeJiao98-1062. This small seeded variety was suitable as raw material for bean sprout. HeNong113 was validated and promoted by Heilongjiang provincial crop committee in 2019. The seeds of this variety were round, yellow seed coat and navel, 100-grain weight 12.2g, protein content 40.50%, fat content 19.51%, soluble sugar content 7.2%, medium resistance to gray spot, the active accumulated temperature of ≥ 10℃ was 2450℃, and it was a mid-early maturing variety in spring soybean producing area of northeast China. The regional trial average yield was 2760.0 kg/hm2, which 14.2% higher than the control variety SuiXiaoLiDou 2 Hao. The production test average yield was 2749.7 kg/hm2, which 13.8% higher than the control variety SuiXiaoLiDou 2 Hao. The successed breed of this variety provided technical support of development of special soybean production and adjustment of industrial structure, but also provided methods and experience for small seeded variety breeding.
