低温冷害影响水稻生理功能变化,如光合作用、呼吸作用、矿质养分吸收、膜脂过氧化以及抗氧化系统。本文通过对国内外低温伤害引起的水稻生理功能变化及外源物质调控方面的报道进行整理分析,一方面,详细介绍了低温胁迫下,光合作用、呼吸作用、矿质养分吸收、膜脂过氧化以及抗氧化系统变化机制,着重分析了低温胁迫下,水稻体内脱水蛋白、酶蛋白、活性氧、内源激素以及细胞膜脂肪酸组份的变化相关生理机制;另一方面,从冷害调控角度出发,较全面地综述了外源植物生长调节剂在水稻冷害调控方面研究概况,提出我国在水稻冷害研究领域的未来发展方向与新趋势,进而为今后水稻冷害相关研究提供理论依据。
英文摘要
Chilling damage lead to disturbances in rice physiological function, such as photosynthesis, respiration, mineral nutrition uptake, membrane lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system. The review analyzed the research development home and abroad about the nature of physiological function changes and regulation of exogenous substances in rice under low temperature treatment. On the one hand, the author detailedly introduced the change mechanism of photosynthesis, respiration, mineral nutrition uptake, membrane lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system under low temperature treatment, analyzed the change of dehydrin, apoenzyme, active oxygen, endogenous hormones and related physiological mechanism of the chilling injury in rice; on the other hand, from the perspective of chilling damage control, the author summarized recent research progress on the plant growth regulator in regulating rice chilling damage, put forward future development directions and new trend in the research field of rice chilling damage, and provided a theoretical basis for the future research of rice chilling damage.
