高产早熟耐密抗倒伏宜机收玉米新品种‘京农科728’的选育与配套技术研究

Study on the Breeding and Supporting Technology of New Maize Variety ‘Jingnongke 728’

摘要: 为实现中国粮食增产500亿kg,玉米作为中国粮食增产的主力军,选育并应用优良玉米新品种是提高玉米单产保证总产持续增加的主要途径。通过利用玉米优异资源为基础,集成“高大严”、IPT、DH等多种育种方法,进行选育优良自交系和杂交种研究。以自育优良自交系‘京MC01’为母本,‘京2416’为父本杂交选育成玉米新品种‘京农科728’。试验结果表明,该品种耐密植,抗倒伏,综合抗性好,产量高,增产潜力大,稳产性好,脱水快,早熟,适宜机械化收获。该品种于2012年通过国家审定(国审玉2012003),2014年通过北京市审定(京审玉2014006),适宜在北京、天津两市,河北省的唐山、廊坊、保定北部、沧州中北部夏玉米种植区种植。该品种的种子生产技术简便,产量高,降低生产成本。在生产中结合科学管理,提高单产,带动总产增加,为保障粮食安全奠定基础。

Abstract: For the aim of 100 billion pounds grain output in China, the application of elite maize varieties, which was the first major grain crops in China, was a key way to improve the per unit area yield and the total production in maize. Based on the rich genetic resources, the elite hybrid was selected through the integration of "high standard, large population and severe selection", IPT, DH and other breeding techniques. The elite variety‘Jingnongke728’,‘Jing MC01’and‘Jing 2416’as the female and male parent respectively, which had been authorized by National Crop Variety Committee (No.2012003) and Beijing Crop Variety Committee (No.2014006). The elite hybrid showed better lodging resistance, high density tolerance, high yield better yield stability, high dehydrate rate, early maturity. The performance of suitable for mechanical harvesting had been verified in many places such as Beijing, Tianjin, Tangshan, Langfang, Baoding and Cangzhou in China. The hybrid seeds production technology was easily and higher yield to get, so reducing the cost of production. It would be also convinced that the combination of elite hybrid and scientific managements will increase the per unit area yield and the total production in maize, and which will lay the foundation for the food security in China.
