A Case Study on Agricultural Cleaner Production Technology Practice and Ecological Compensation Policies in Xianning City

摘要: 农业清洁生产是防治农业面源污染、保护水环境、遏制生态环境恶化,节能减排、增效增收,促进现代农业和社会可持续发展的必然选择。通过在咸宁市开展农业清洁生产技术实践与生态补偿政策研究,总结出了茶叶-桂花套作有机种植模式、猪-沼-菜循环农业模式、休闲观光有机果园模式和葡萄生态种植模式等立体种养模式,为建立我国农业生态补偿法律法规和政策措施提供了经验借鉴。

Abstract: Agricultural cleaner production is an inevitable choice for controlling agricultural non-point source pollution, protecting water environment and curbing the deterioration of ecological environment. It is also a necessary choice for saving energy, increasing production and promoting the modern agriculture and sustainable development of society. Through researching and practicing the ecological compensation policy and agricultural cleaner production technology in Xianning City, four organic planting patterns were summed up which were sweet-scented Osmanthus and tea intercropping, pig-biogas-vegetable circulation mode, leisure and tourism organic orchard and grape ecological planting. These stereo planting patterns provided reference for the establishment of Chinese agro-ecological compensation regulations and policies.
