不同浸种时间及浸种方式对水稻秀水134发芽率的影响

Effects of Soaking Time and Cycle of wetting and drying on Germination Percentage of ‘Xiushui134’Rice Seed

摘要: 【目的】研究不同的浸种时间和不同间隙次数对稻种发芽率的影响,为提高种子发芽率提供合理依据。【方法】以秀水134为试材,探究了不同浸种时间48小时、60小时、72小时和不同浸种方式连续浸种、间隙1次、间隙2次对秀水134浸种催芽的影响。【结果】对秀水134稻种发芽率影响的效应是浸种方式>浸种时间,在平均17.5℃的环境中,浸种间隙的影响以两次浸种间隙处理的发芽率最高,其次是一次浸种间隙处理,连续浸种的发芽率最低。浸种时间的影响中,72小时浸种时间的种子,在催芽初期就表现出极高的发芽率。【结论】在上海崇明地区,以浸种72小时,间隙两次可以提高秀水134的发芽率,并对稻种萌发有较好的促进作用。

Abstract: Abstract:【Objective】Studied the influence of different time and different cycles of wetting and drying on seed germinating percentage of rice,the study aimed to provide the references on improving?the?germination?rate?of?rice seeds.【Method】With the ‘Xiushui 134’ as test material ,explored the effect of seed soaking treatment with different time(48h、60h and 72h) and different cycles of wetting and dry (0 cycle、1 cycle and 2cycles)on seed germinating percentage of rice Xiushui 134 .【Result】Through the influence effect of experimental factor on germination percentage, the influence effect of different cycles of wetting and drying was always greater than different time. In the environment of 17.5℃, the germination percentage of treatment 3 which soaked with two cycles of wetting and drying was significantly higher than the germination percentage of treatment 1 which soaked with 0 cycles of wetting and drying and the germination percentage of treatment 2 which soaked with one cycle of wetting and drying.The germination percentage of treatment C which soaked with 72 hours was significantly higher than the germination percentage of treatment A which soaked with 48 hours and the germination percentage of treatment B which soaked with 60 hours.【Conclusion】Soaking the seeds for 72h and two cycles of wetting and dry could promote the germination rate,and had significant inhibiting effect on seed germination in Chongming.
