基于界壳理论的乡村旅游安全保障体系研究

摘要： 安全保障体系的构建对于实现乡村旅游安全风险管控意义重大。首先，根据区域环境风险系统理论，分析乡村旅游安全系统及其各要素相互作用关系；然后，借鉴触发器工作原理，建立乡村旅游安全风险形成机理模型；最后，运用界壳理论，尝试构建包含乡村旅游主体安全保障界壳、乡村旅游客体安全保障界壳以及乡村旅游媒体安全保障界壳的乡村旅游安全保障体系。结果表明，乡村旅游安全保障体系是一个多界壳的有机结合体，它为消除或降低乡村旅游风险、保障乡村旅游安全提供全新思路和解决方案。

Abstract: The construction of safety guarantee system for rural tourism risk management is of great significance. First, based on the regional environmental risk system theory, the author analyzed rural tourism safety system and the interaction between its various elements; then, considering of the trigger working principle, the author established the formation mechanism model of rural tourism safety risk; and finally, using periphery theory, the author tried to construct rural tourism safety guarantee system which comprised safety guarantee periphery of rural tourism’s subject, rural tourism’s object and rural tourism’s medium safety. The results showed that rural tourism safety guarantee system was a multi-periphery organic combination, which provided new ideas and solutions to eliminate or reduce the risk of rural tourism, safeguard rural tourism security.
