兰州市农业科技创新能力评价

Evaluation on Agricultural Science and Technology Innovative Capacity of Lanzhou

摘要: 为了更加明确地了解兰州市农业科技创新能力和水平,为兰州市农业科技创新能力建设提供相应的分析视角和依据,基于综合评价指数法和层次分析法,采用2007—2011年的统计数据,对兰州市2007—2011年农业科技创新能力进行综合评价。结果表明,该时期兰州市农业科技创新能力不断增强,2011年末农业科技创新能力评价综合指数为0.622,并且呈不断上升的趋势。然后与西部地区进行了比较,发现兰州市农业科技创新能力在西部地区中较弱。最后提出兰州市应该利用自身优势,注重培育创新人才,树立企业自主创新地位,吸引外资,不断完善技术市场和农业科技创新体系等建议,从而提升农业科技创新能力水平。

Abstract: In order to more clear understanding of the Lanzhou city agricultural science and technology innovation ability and level, for Lanzhou city agricultural science and technology innovation ability construction to provide the corresponding analysis perspective and basis, based on the comprehensive evaluation index method and analytic hierarchy process, agricultural science and technology innovation ability of Lanzhou from 2007 to 2011 is used to evaluate by using the statistics of 2007-2011. The results showed that, the period of Lanzhou City agricultural science and technology innovation ability has been increased, at the end of 2011 agricultural science and technology innovation ability evaluation index was 0.622, and a trend of rising. And then were compared with those of the western region, found that agricultural science and technology innovation ability of Lanzhou city was weak in the west. Finally proposed Lanzhou should use its own advantages, pay attention to cultivating innovative talents, setting up enterprise independent innovation, attracting foreign investment, perfecting the technology market and agricultural science and technology innovation system and so on, so as to enhance the level of agricultural science and technology innovation ability.
