摘要: 为明确黑龙江省农业科技进步水平发展动态及其现状,利用文献调查法及德尔菲法构建农业科技进步水平评价体系,通过积因子赋权重层次分析法,对1986~2011年间黑龙江省农业科技进步水平进行综合评价分析。结果表明:1986~2011年黑龙江省农业科技进步水平呈明显上升趋势,1986年仅为2.5分, 2011年达到96.9 分,年均增长为3.78 分。黑龙江农业科技进步水平发展态势良好,农业科技进步水平已达较高层次。

Abstract: The index system for evaluating agricultural science and technological progress level was finished by document investigation method and Delphi method. This paper studied the agricultural science and technological progress level, taking Heilongjiang as a case. Based on the quantitative analysis by AHP using accumulation factor to evaluate weight, it made a comprehensive evaluation on the agricultural science and technological progress level of Heilongjiang from 1986 to 2011.The result showed the progress level was steadily up-going in the whole, the average rate of every year is 3.56 grades. The progress of agricultural science and technological progress level of Heilongjiang was well, which has reached a higher level.
