摘要：

培育壮苗是烟叶生产中非常重要的一个环节，本文对近几年来我国烤烟生产中的漂浮育苗和湿润托盘育苗技术的发展状况进行了分类阐述，总结了各育苗技术的优缺点，并对未来烤烟育苗技术的发展方向提出了展望。

关键词: 绿色荧光蛋白基因, 绿色荧光蛋白基因, 报告基因, 植物病害

Abstract:

Seedling is very important in the production of tobacco. This article has expounded the development status of seedling techniques in China in recent years, such as floating seedbed system and seedling nursing on moist trays. This article has also summarized the advantages and disadvantages of these seedling techniques and the direction of future development seedling technique as well.
