狗舌草化学成分及其抗淋巴性白血病效果试验

摘要： 利用淋巴性白血病L1210细胞荷瘤DBA/2小鼠为模型，研究了狗舌草的三种提取物对供试小鼠生存期的影响。初步发现狗舌草60%乙醇提取物能够明显延长供试小鼠的生存期。同时确认该提取物主要含有水醇兼溶性生物碱和黄酮类物质。

Abstract: DBA/2 mice i.p.transplanted with lymphocytic leukemic cells (L1210 cell line) were employed to study the effects of three extractions from Tephroseris kirilowii Turcz.Holub to the life span. It was at the first time found that the main chemicals in T. kirilowii are alkaloids and flavone, that the extraction prepared with 60 percent of ethanol solution performed the best effects on prolonging the life span of used mice.
