摘要: 探讨了在中华绒螯蟹工厂化育苗中添加微生物制剂(光合细菌、芽孢杆菌或光合细菌+芽孢杆菌)对水体中pH值、氨氮、亚硝酸氮和化学需氧量及幼体变态率的影响,结果表明:微生物制剂对育苗水体中pH值的影响不大,但随着幼体的发育,微生物制剂能明显降低水体中的氨氮、亚硝酸氮和化学需氧量,提高幼体变态率。

Abstract: The experiment was conducted to determine the supplement of microbiological preparation (Photosynthetic bacteria, Bacillus sp. or Photosynthetic bacteria + Bacillus sp.) on pH, ammonia-N, nitrate-N, chemical oxygen demand and metamorphosis rate in factory breeding of Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis. The results showed that the supplement of microbiological preparation had no obvious effect on pH, but with the development of larvae, the ammonia-N, nitrate-N or chemical oxygen demand was significantly decreased and metamorphosis rate was significantly increased by the supplement of microbiological preparation.
