黃荊提取物的杀虫生物活性研究

Study on Insecticidal Activity of Vitex negundo Extracts

摘要： 研究表明黃荊的叶、种籽及根皮均含有杀虫、拒食的生物活性，但活性物主要在叶部和种子。黃荊叶片的二甲苯提取物对菜青虫、斜纹夜蛾幼虫及菜蚜有较高的杀虫活性，其LC50分别达186倍、259倍及371倍；它同时对菜青虫有较强的拒食作用。

Abstract: The results showed that the extracts of foliage, seed, and root-cortex of Vitex negundo each contain some insecticidal activity against pests, but the primary insecticidal activity were in foliage and seed. The extracts of dimethylbenzene in foliage, not only had the higher insecticidal activity against Pieris rapae(L.), Prodenia litura (Fabricius), and Myzus persicae (Sulzer) of which the LC50 values was 186 times, 259 times, and 371 times respectively, but also had the morer antifeeding effect against Pieris rapae(L.).
