摘要: 白细胞介素32(IL-32)是近年发现的一种细胞因子,主要由淋巴细胞,自然杀伤细胞,上皮细胞和外周血单核细胞分泌。IL-32具有特异的结合蛋白酶3,并与肽聚糖的胞壁酰二肽、核苷酸结合寡聚结构域具有协同作用,通过两条通路进行信号转导,决定了其前炎性细胞因子的特性,与多种疾病有密切相关,在治疗炎性疾病方面具有重要的临床意义。因此了解IL-32的背景及研究现状,已日益迫切。综述了IL-32的来源,结合蛋白及核酸结构,信号转导及协同作用,重点介绍了IL-32的生物学功能和与疾病的相关性。

Abstract: Interleukin 32(IL-32) is a recently discovered cytokine. It is mainly secretes by the T cells, natural killer cells, epithelial cells, and blood monocytes. IL-32 not only has specific binding-proteinase,but also has a special coordinary function to synergize with muraryl dipeptide and nucleotide oligomerization domain (NOD).It has two paths for the signal transduction. Consequently, IL-32 exhibits many properties of proinflammatory cytokines and many biological functions.So it correlates with many diseases .Those characteres of IL-32 is significant to cure inflammatory disease. Thus, IL-32 plays a critical role in therapy inflammatory disease. So it has become more necessary to learn about the background and the current situation of IL-32. To summarize, this essay epitomizes the IL-32’s sources,binding-protein, structure of nucleic acid , signal transduction and synergism, emphasizes on biological function and associativity with diseases.
