摘要：

为了研究蟾酥注射液对马立克氏疫苗的保护作用，通过蟾酥注射液对T淋巴细胞增殖率的影响，说明其在细胞免疫水平中的作用；通过蟾酥注射液对B淋巴细胞增殖率的影响，说明其在体液免疫水平中的作用；通过蟾酥注射液对白细胞数量的影响，说明其在非特异性免疫方面的作用；通过蟾酥注射液对巨噬细胞吞噬力的影响，说明其在特异性免疫与非特异性免疫中的作用；通过蟾酥注射液对血清超氧化物歧化酶活力的影响，说明其作为调节剂与马立克疫苗联合使用，具有抗氧化的作用或提高超氧化的作用；通过蟾酥注射液对雏鸡抗体效价的影响，说明其对马立克疫苗抗体产生具有增强的作用；通过蟾酥注射液对免疫器官指数的影响，说明其具有促进免疫器官发育的作用。

Abstract:

To study the protective effect of Venenum Bufonis injection on Marek's disease viruses vaccine, by Venenum Bufonis injection influence the proliferation rate of T cells, explain its effects on cellular immunity; by Venenum Bufonis injection influence the proliferation rate of B cells, explain its effects on humoral immunity; by Venenum Bufonis injection influence the Leukocytes quantity, explain its effects on nonspecific immunity; by Venenum Bufonis injection influence the macrophages ' phagocytosis, explain its effects on specific immunity and nonspecific immunity; by Venenum Bufonis injection influence the activity of super oxide dismutase, explain its antioxidant action or improve super oxide action as modifier, when combine Venenum Bufonis injection and Marek's disease viruses vaccine; by Venenum Bufonis injection influence the chickling antibody titer, explain its potentiation on Marek's disease diruses vaccine makes antibodies; by Venenum Bufonis injection influence the Immune organs index, explain its effects on promotion of immune organ growth.
