10个黑麦草品种叶片SPAD值、叶绿素含量和蛋白质含量的相关性研究

The Correlation of SPAD, Chloroplyll Content and Protein Content in 10 Ryegrass Varieties

摘要:

为了了解不同黑麦草品种的叶片SPAD值与叶绿素含量及蛋白质含量的关系,通过测定了10个黑麦草品种叶片SPAD值、叶绿素和蛋白质含量,对这10个品种的SPAD值、叶绿素和蛋白质含量进行了比较,同时分析了SPAD值与叶绿素含量和蛋白质含量的关系。结果表明:10个黑麦草品种SPAD值、叶绿素含量和蛋白质含量之间差异显著,其中A25、A22品种在SPAD值、叶绿素含量及蛋白质含量都优于其他品种。10个黑麦草品种SPAD值与叶绿素含量、蛋白质含量直线回归显著。这为进一步利用SPAD值来判断黑麦草的叶绿素含量和蛋白质含量提供了依据。

Abstract:

To understand the relationship between SPAD, chlorophyll and protein content, SPAD, chlorophyll and protein content were measured and compared in 10 ryegrass varieties. At the same time, the correlation between the SPAD and chlorophyll, protein content were analyzed. The results showed that, SPAD value, chlorophyll and protein content in the 10 ryegrass varieties were significant. The varieties of A25 and A22 were superior to the others in the 3 traits SPAD values, chlorophyll and protein content. There was significant linear correlation between SPAD value and chlorophyll content, protein content in the 10 ryegrass varieties. The results provided the basis to judge the content of chlorophyll and protein by SPAD.
