摘要：

运用GIS技术构建评价单元，采用单项污染指数法和综合污染指数法进行“三品”基地适应性评价，在此基础上，采用层次分析法从周边环境情况、道路交通情况、农田土壤质量、产业发展基础、经济社会水平等方面构建“三品”基地适宜性评价体系，为“三品”基地的规划和布局提供参考。

Abstract:

Building the evaluation unit with GIS technology, select single pollution index and comprehensive pollution index to analysis the base of "Three Grades". On this basis, from the surrounding environmental conditions, road conditions, farmland soil quality, industrial development conditions, economy and society level constructed evaluation system. It can reference for the planning and layout of base of "Three Grades".
