摘要:

目的:指导中草药连翘在治疗奶牛子宫内膜炎时的合理应用。方法:在患子宫内膜炎奶牛的子宫颈口分泌物中分离鉴定出了乳房链球菌、无乳链球菌,同时通过对乳房链球菌、无乳链球菌生长曲线的测定。结果:连翘对乳房链球菌最低抑菌浓度为7.812 mg/mL,对无乳链球菌最低抑菌浓度为31.25 mg/mL。结论:连翘对此两种链球菌均有良好的体外抑制作用,这对用中草药连翘防治奶牛子宫内膜炎具有十分重要的指导意义。

Abstract:

Aim: To direct the application of the herbal medicine Forsythia suspense for treatment of dairy cow endometritis. Method: The two pathogens, Streptococus uberis and Streptococus agalactiae caused dairy cow endometritis were isolated and identified, and the bacteria growth curves were compared and analyzed after the bacteria were treated by Forsythia suspense extract. Result: The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) on Streptococus uberis and Streptococus agalactiae were 7.812 mg/mL and 31.25 mg/mL, respectively. Conclusion: Forsythia suspense extract had significant inhibitory effects on the two bacteria, it’s very important for herbal medicine Forsythia suspense to prevent and treat dairy cow endometritis.
