摘要:

西门塔尔X鲁西黄牛的杂交群体属于优良的乳肉兼用品种,为探讨其部分经济性状的标记进行早期育种,提高产业利润,此研究以组织蛋白酶B基因(Cathepsin B,CTSB)基因为胴体和生长性状的候选基因,利用PCR-RFLP方法对174头西门塔尔X鲁西黄牛CTSB内含子6的进行多态性检测,分析了不同基因型的群体遗传结构,应用SAS9.2软件采用最小二乘法拟合线性模型,对不同基因型与牛4个胴体和生长性状进行关联分析。结果表明,CTSB基因第6内含子的T5357C突变在群体中处于哈代温伯格平衡状态;且基因型值与日增重和净肉重两个性状呈显著相关(P<0.05),其中AA型的日增重和净肉重显著高于AB,BB型。上述结果为T5357C突变作为潜在的肉牛胴体和生长性状的分子标记提供了一定的参考.

Abstract:

Simmental X Luxi are good double traits of milk and meat cattles. In order to explore the marker of some economic traits in early breeding and improve profit of beef industry. We choose the CTSB gene as candidate gene for carcass and growth traits, and a total of 174 Simmental X Luxi cattles were examined by PCR-RFLP of CTSB gene intron 6. Allele and genotype frequencies and the effects of the mutation on 4 growth and carcass traits were analyzed using SAS9.2. A T/C mutation was identified at position 5357 bp of CTSB gene(NC_007306). And it showed significantly association with average daily weight and meat weight (P<0.05). Genotype of AA is more weight on meat weight and average daily weight than AB and BB genotype. Thus T5357C might be a good marker for two traits.
