三七总皂苷含量测定不确定度的评估

摘要:

对分光光度法测定三七总皂苷含量的不确定度进行分析,找出影响不确定度的因素,为其测定方法的改进和评价检测报告提供依据。用分光光度法测定三七总皂苷含量,并根据JJF 1059—1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》的规定评估其不确定度。试验建立了数学模型,找出了各分量的归宿,根据实验测定,A类不确定度由方法的重复性影响所引起,通过对多次平行测定得到的观测列进行统计分析求得其相对不确定度为0.00296。B类不确定度包括质量分量、体积分量和分光光度计吸光度分量,其相对不确定度为0.00321。利用标准曲线回归方程计算标准曲线拟合引起的不确定度,其相对不确定度 。根据分析,本次评估的不确定度由扩展不确定度表示为0.0022。方法具有一定的准确,能满足测定的要求。在本次不确定度的评估中,天平称量和测量方法的重复性这2项引起的不确定度分量对合成不确定度构成显著贡献。

Abstract:

The uncertainty of panax notoginseng saponins was analyzed by spectrophotometric method, in order to find the factors that affect the uncertainty and provide basis for improving determination methods and evaluating test reports. The panax notoginseng saponins was determined by spectrophotometry and the uncertainty was assessed according to JJF 1059—1999 Uncertainty Assessment and Expression. A mathematical model was established and the end-result of each component was found out. According to the experimental determination, estimating of class A is caused by repeatability influence. Relative uncertainty of 0.00296 has been obtained through statistical analysis of observation column by many parallel determinations in this article. Quality components, volume components and spectrophotometer absorbance components were included in estimating of class B,Relative uncertainty of 0.00321. The uncertainty has been calculated through standard curve regression equation and was caused by standard curve fitting. The calculation of relative uncertainty was obtained for . According to the analysis, this assessment uncertainty of 0.22% was described. This method had certain accuracy and can meet the requirement determination. In this uncertainty evaluation, uncertainty components, caused by weighing scales and method of measurement repetitive, had a significant contribution to synthetic uncertainty.
